手探りで次にやること
毎朝 私は、憲法の基本書を読み、生活保護法のマニュアルを読む。そして、日本語と英語の聖書を読む。そして、朝日新聞を読む。
そこにある世界観の基本は変わらないが、32年続けていると変化が見える。
女性の権利、性差、世界中の人権の動きと日本はつながる。しかし、民主主義の原点は受け継がれるとは限らない。後退していると私には
思える。進展したと思われるのは大部分は外からで、内からではない。個人主義があるが本当の判断と意志に基づく、個人がない。

Groping for What to Do Next
Every morning, I read the fundamental books on the Constitution, the manual on welfare laws, and then I read the Bible in both Japanese and English. I also read the Asahi Shimbun newspaper.
The basic worldview found there does not change, but over the course of 32 years, I can see changes.
Women's rights, gender differences, and the movement for human rights around the world are connected to Japan. However, the origins of democracy are not necessarily inherited. To me, it seems to be regressing. What is considered progress is mostly from external sources, not from within. Individualism exists, but there is no individuality based on true judgment and will.
Even if I conduct workshops on reading both the New and Old Testaments, I feel that monotheism and Buddhism are different. However, I think that Christianity in Japan is losing sight of monotheism.
This is the same as losing sight of one's essence. I seek an essence that transcends Japan. Just tracing the history of Japan in Japanese does not reveal the essence.
This is the same in my workshops on taxes, welfare, urban planning systems, and statistics. There is no individuality based on true judgment and will, the same as losing sight of one's essence. We are losing sight of the individual decisions and actions that created the systems for taxes, welfare, urban planning, and statistics.
I am given the freedom and power to walk by myself, created by the one and only God through words. Therefore, I find my own words and walk by myself.
